Frequently Asked Questions for Tactical Gear Designers

Will high-density rubber make the bag too heavy to carry?
No. High-density rubber is heavier than cheap, empty foam, but the overall difference is negligible in a range bag. Because the core is still filled with microscopic nitrogen gas bubbles, it remains surprisingly lightweight. How do we stop the bottom seam from tearing under heavy weight?
