Will a straight scissors cut prevent fraying?
No. A mechanical blade or a pair of scissors physically slices the threads but leaves the ends open and exposed. As soon as something rubs against that cut edge, the threads will start to pull loose. Only heat sealing or physical binding will permanently stop fraying.
Can I sublimate custom prints onto a bag that will be laser cut?
Absolutely. We laminate our dense rubber cores with premium white polyester. This provides the perfect canvas for dye-sublimation printing.
